Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients across assigned clinics or units by collecting relevant information, assisting providers, and supporting clinical procedures.
• Perform delegated clinical tasks such as vital signs, point of care testing, specimen collection, immunization support, and documentation within the scope of practice.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment in each assigned location by ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and adequate inventory of supplies.
• Support scheduling, referral coordination, and communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams to promote efficient clinic operations.
• Document clinical information accurately in the electronic health record while adhering to privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
• Adapt to daily assignments determined by the Nursing Supervisor and assist with operational needs, including travel to satellite clinics.
