Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking an MA I or II to provide patient care under the delegation of licensed practitioners. The role involves working across a float pool of clinics, offering variety in clinical settings and performing both clinical and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates graduate from an accredited medical assisting program, have 6 months to 1 year of MA experience (depending on level), hold a current BLS certification, and may have National MA Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum one year healthcare and medical assistant experience for MA I or 6 months for MA II; BLS certification.
• National Medical Assistant Certification preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from approximately $21.33 to $35.60 per hour, with additional incentives such as shift differentials and bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and well-being resources.
