Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support providers across multiple sites in South Riverside County, including Menifee, Temecula, and Hemet. The role requires clinical assistance, patient communication, and the ability to adapt to varied clinics.

The Medical Assistant will support various providers, advanced providers, and registered nurses to provide excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic team environment. This role will communicate with patients and performs clinical services to ensure high quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be expected to float between these sites based on organizational needs.**
$24.95 to $34.93 per hour, depending on experience.
This Float Medical Assistant role will include an additional $2.00 per hour float differential on top of the standard Medical Assistant pay rate.

While this range represents the broader classification of the role, actual compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: the candidate's overall knowledge, skills, and experience, market data and industry benchmarks, internal equity within the organization, Budgetary considerations and organizational needs. As a result, placement within the range is not guaranteed, and the full pay grade range may not be utilized.
