Job summary

American Family Care is seeking an outpatient clinic team member to provide general medical care under a licensed provider. The role involves direct work with a franchised location and varied duties across AFC clinics.

You will participate in patient assessments, treatments, and documentation in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have an AA/AS in Medical Assisting and may hold AMT CMA/RMA credentials.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent training in medical assisting.
• AMT certification and CMA/RMA preferred.
• Experience performing vital signs, basic lab tasks, and patient prep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit.
• Explain procedures and tests to patients.
• Administer prescribed meds and prepare specimens for lab processing.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and complete exams rooms.
