Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Internal Medicine division in Deerfield, IL. The role is full-time with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and rotating weekends.

Travel to other locations may be required and flexibility is essential for operational needs. The candidate will greet patients, document vitals, and provide basic front office support, with phlebotomy and injections potentially required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.
• Certification: CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and escort them to exam room.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals like BP, height and weight.
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
