Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression; room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits.
• Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments; keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Show up on time and ready to contribute; support teammates during busy shifts; help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient.
