Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately in the EMR, and support providers during visits.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits and collect payments.
• Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
