Midwest Express Clinic seeks a Medical Assistant for our Far Southwest Suburbs of Illinois, including Chicago Ridge, Burbank, and Oak Forest locations. You’ll welcome patients, take vitals, document in the EMR, and support providers during visits to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities include patient rooming, blood draws, EKGs, injections, insurance verification support, and accurate administrative tasks. A fast-paced environment and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of clinical outpatient experience required.
• Friendly, professional presence and reliability.
• High attention to accuracy in documentation and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and set a positive first impression.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document in EMR, support providers during visits.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, assist with insurance verification, schedule visits, and collect payments.
