Qualifications

• Outpatient clinical experience (1–2+ years) in a medical setting.
• Ability to welcome patients, take vitals, and document in EMR.
• Comfort performing routine procedures and supporting providers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document in EMR, support providers.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, verify insurance, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments.
• Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
