Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our clinical team across multiple OH locations. You will assist physicians during procedures, manage patient interactions, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on MA experience, completion of MA training and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. There is bilingual support when applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
