Job summary

Essentia Health's Proctorville clinic seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the 2361800 FAMILY PRACTICE - PROC team. You will assist RNs and physicians and provide direct patient care in the ambulatory setting, serving patients from newborn to elderly with competent procedures.

Eligible candidates hold an active LPN license (MN/WI/OR) or CMA certification, or CMA apprentice pathway, and BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months). The role is 0.8 FTE, day shift, 0645–1700.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in designated states or CMA certification pathway.
• BCLS certification required or able to obtain within 3 months.
• Must pass certification within two attempts (or CMA Apprentice pathway).

Responsibilities

• Assist RN, physicians and other providers in ambulatory care.
• Provide direct patient care to patients from newborn to elderly.
• Perform identified procedures with demonstrated competency.

Education
