Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document medical information appropriately and accurately in the EMR.
• Prepare patients for examination/procedure and ensure patient flow.
• Assist provider and nursing staff as guided.
• Schedule appointments and process referrals.
• Ensure accuracy in patient registration and documents.
