Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics is seeking a Medical Assistant Educator to lead onboarding, ongoing education, and skill development for Medical Assistants across multiple clinics. You will design training, mentor staff, and ensure policies and workflows are current while supporting EHR training and staff providers.

The role offers a full-time schedule (four 10-hour shifts with limited travel) and opportunities to collaborate with clinic leaders, providers, and staff to shape careers and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Active CMA license.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intakes, including vital signs and labs.
• Administer vaccines and medications.
• Communicate with patients and families via phone and portal.
• Support providers with procedures and clinical needs.
• Promote patient care and confidentiality while respecting diversity.
