Responsibilities

• Support providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Room patients, take and document vital signs, and update charts in the EMR.
• Administer medications and injections per provider orders, following all documentation and safety protocols.
• Keep patient records up to date, including medications, allergies, and medical history.
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient needs, and route messages appropriately.
• Help keep clinic operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
