Responsibilities

• Support Providers and Physician Assistants to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Prepare for patient visits by reviewing charts and notes before arrival.
• Maintain policy compliance and workplace ethics.
• May adjust workloads and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Check messages, ensure faxes/scans are completed same day of visit.
• Room patients and log injections; complete orders and procedures.
• Keep rooms clean and ensure proper instrument sanitation.
