Job summary

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a CA-approved MA program, current BLS, and CCMA/CMAA certifications; externship and at least one year MA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• NHA CCMA and CMAA certifications required.
• Externship completed and minimum 1 year MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exams and minor procedures under supervision.
• Record patient information in EMR and manage communications.
• Prepare examination rooms, collect specimens, and clean areas.
• Administer injections or medications after training completion.
• Support administrative tasks: scheduling, insurance verification, and inventory.
