SolutionHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant for its Diabetes & Endocrinology practice in Nashua, NH. You will work under provider supervision performing clinical and administrative duties to support patient visits, care coordination, and chronic condition education.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering immunizations and tests, EMR documentation, and ongoing staff training. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with strong medical terminology skills is encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assisting program and clinical externship required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; certification or registration by AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a clinical medical assistant (3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office workflow.
• Basic computer literacy; Epic EMR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support patient care across in-person, phone, and telehealth settings under provider supervision, including patient assessment and care coordination.
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and point-of-care testing while collecting patient history and communicating findings to providers.
• Maintain accurate medical record documentation, assist with pre-visit planning, preventive care outreach, and related administrative functions.
• Mentor and train staff, uphold safety and compliance standards, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
