Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant in Dermatology to join a collaborative, physician-led team in Downers Grove, IL. You will greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling, and support physicians during exams and minor procedures.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, collecting health history, performing on-site labs (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine tests), and ensuring welcoming exam rooms. A range of MA certifications and prior clinic experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program.
• Active MA certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to certify on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification within 90 days of hire may be required.
• 2+ years MA/ CMA/CNA/EMT or related medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration and scheduling.
• Measure vital signs and collect health history.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Process prescription requests and provider orders.
• Conduct on-site lab tests (EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, urine tests).

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
