Primary Responsiblities:


The medical Assistant supports providers by performing various back office tasks to ensure high-quality clinical operations, including:



  • Gathering pertinent patient histories and vitals

  • Diagnostic testing and screening

  • Performing various medical procedures and medication administration

  • Utilizing EPIC for proper documentation

  • And assisting providers with a wide variety of other tasks and duties

Required Qualifications:



  • High school graduate or GED

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience

  • Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

  • Access to reliable transportation



The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour ($20.00 to $25.00 for Denver, CO) based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
