Qualifications

• Credentialed through a formal training program with testing of knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and clinical support in the practice.
• Perform pre-visit tasks, measure vitals, assist with exams and procedures.
• Manage instruments, stock exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and sterility.
• Handle patient communications via phone portal and scheduling tasks.
• Support order entry, referrals, specimens and prescriptions as directed.
• Monitor and support care team metrics and daily huddles.
• Provide coverage for other Core Offices as needed.
