Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs and document in chart.
• Document patient history in chart.
• Provide direction to patient and address concerns during exam.
• Prepare the patient for the exam.
• Assist the provider during examinations.
• Perform nursing procedures under supervision.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and perform basic tests.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed.
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate in charts.
• Maintain supplies in exam rooms and workstation.
• Clean and disinfect exam rooms.
• Ensure OSHA/CLIA/HIPAA compliance.
