You’ll work closely with providers, maintain HIPAA standards, and participate in ongoing training in a friendly, team-focused clinic. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (CMA preferred) and 2–3+ years in an office setting, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examination.
• Communicate with professional medical personnel effectively.
• Participate in required education, competencies, and annual training.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team members.
• Follow HIPAA compliance.
• Obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaints and document accurately.
• Perform point-of-care testing as directed by provider.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Support other office functions as needed.
