Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain intake information and perform delegated tasks.
• Schedule tests and procedures and provide patient education.
• Assist in documenting notes, orders and prescriptions in the EMR.
• Prepare and maintain the clinic area and exam rooms.
• Return routine patient calls and manage prescription refills as directed.
• Coordinate ancillary services and obtain medical records.
