China Reform Holdings Corporation is hiring a Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office. You will greet patients, collect vital signs, and prepare examination rooms for provider visits.

The role requires basic medical training with BLS/CPR certification or progress toward certification. Prior healthcare exposure is welcomed, and familiarity with EMR systems is a plus. This position is on-site and emphasizes teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred but will accept applicants with healthcare experience.
• Certification in BLS or CPR required or pursued within 3 years.
• No experience required if MA program completed; 1+ year healthcare experience preferred for others.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls per guidelines, identify health concerns and direct calls.
• Interview patients and record vital signs, update meds and allergies in EMR.
• Prepare examination rooms, stock and clean as needed.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and referrals per guidelines.
• Inventory and order medical supplies; label and organize.
• Use Cerner, GroupWise for documentation and requests.
