  • Certification or registration may be preferred depending on location and employer requirements.

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable privacy, safety, and infection-control practices.
  • Respond to patient questions with professionalism and escalation appropriately.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional duties as needed.
