Job summary

Peachtree Immediate Care in Duluth, GA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN, or EMT to join our urgent care team. This full-time role offers 3x12-hour shifts, 8 am–8 pm with rotating weekends and regional float between Duluth, Johns Creek, and Norcross.

You will assist providers, take vital signs, run labs, perform basic procedures, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should have AHAs BLS, travel ability, and strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, urgent care setting with varied medical responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical providers with patient care, exams, and minor procedures.
• Perform vital signs, document patient information, and ensure accurate medical records.
• Conduct lab tests, administer medications, and perform wound care as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms and medical equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Support occupational health services and radiographic imaging where applicable.
• Ensure high levels of patient comfort, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols to maintain a healthy environment.

What We’re Looking For
