Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced urgent care setting with varied medical responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with patient care, exams, and minor procedures.
• Take vital signs and document patient information for medical records.
• Conduct lab tests, administer medications, and perform wound care as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Support occupational health services and radiographic imaging where applicable.
• Ensure high levels of patient comfort and address patient questions.
