Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CMA, CCMA or RMA credentials or completion of an approved medical assistant program; certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Records and relays patient information, symptoms, and concerns to the medical provider or RN for triage and care planning.
• Completes standardized rooming and performs clinical intake, health data collection, and documentation.
• Provides clinical support under supervision of a licensed practitioner and documents charges for clinical services.
• Performs administrative support as directed by a Clinic Leader.
