Role Overview:

Provide patient care in the office setting, addressing psychosocial, physical, and general care aspects.

Team Value:

• Deliver patient care in the office setting.
• Meet psychosocial, physical, and general care needs.
• Operate with initiative and responsibility under supervision of RN and/or Physician.
• Maintain regulatory and institutional standards.
• Assist with routine examinations and treatments for diverse patient populations, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and geriatrics.
• Ensure safety and minimize errors in patient care.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (within 90 days)
• Certified Medical Assistant through NHA, AMT, AAMA, NCCT, or NAHP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Venipuncture training
• Over 1 year of medical office experience
