Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant - Certified (CM).
• Knowledge of third party payer requirements.
• Strong aptitude for detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in using a PC.
• Preferred: One year Medical Assistant – Certified experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on proactively preparing patient charts and ensuring information is up-to-date.
• Manage daily patient flow with multiple patients depending on physicians on-site.
• Support clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently.
