Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to perform routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the assigned area or office. The role reports to the Practice Manager and requires a CMA license with BLS within 30 days of hire.

Under supervision of physicians or nurses, you will assist with patient assessments, basic diagnostic procedures, specimen collection, and accurate documentation while maintaining supplies and patient registration and delivering exceptional

• Exhibits exceptional customer service with patients and teammates.

FLSA: Non-exempt
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred; Associate's degree Preferred
License: CMA or RMA or CCMA via the AAMA or NHA must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
