Yoh is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a contract opportunity at a primary care clinic in Northbrook, IL. The role supports preventive exams, acute care, and virtual visits within a busy clinic that sees 30-50 patients daily.

Responsibilities include patient intake, vitals, room preparation, instrument sterilization, EKGs, injections, and data entry. Front desk duties and Epic experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• National Medical Assisting Certification is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong experience in Phlebotomy, POCT, and EKG.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interview patients and record vital signs and measurements.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist during examinations.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean areas.
• Inventory and order medical supplies.
• Operate EKG and other diagnostic equipment.
• Administer injections and basic lab tests.
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls.
• Perform administrative tasks and front desk support.
• Enter data to maintain patient records.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Certified Medical Assistant

needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's primary care clinic located in Northbrook, IL.

This is a primary care facility offering preventive exams, acute care, and virtual visits. This clinic provides primary care, physical therapy, chiropractic, and behavioral health to 30-50 patients per day.

Schedule

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 8a-5p, Wed 9a-6p

Duration

11/2-2/28 with possible extension or direct placement

Pay

$19-25/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts
• Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments
• Inventories and orders medical supplies and materials
• Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests
• Gives injections or treatments and performs routine laboratory tests
• Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients
• Performs administrative tasks, completes appropriate client company and OSHA regulated forms, and provides assistance at front desk
• Keys data into computer to maintain clinic and patient records
• May require other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
