Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a hands-on Clinical Assistant to work on-site in the United States, with full-time or part-time options. You will support physicians, assist with procedures, take vitals, perform point-of-care testing, and help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors and prepare for procedures.
• Assist with procedure setup and point-of-care testing.
• Take vitals and perform phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor labs and radiology orders to aid patient care.
• Explain procedures and obtain patient consent.
• Provide referral orders and coordinate transitions to urgent care or hospital.

What You’ll Do

• Work with doctors to room patients

Where You’ll Work

As an on‑site Clinical Assistant, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor’s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we’ll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.

• Outpatient (Doctor’s Office): Typically weekday hours (around 8-5, Monday-Friday), with some offices offering evening or weekend shifts. Ideal if you prefer a consistent routine.
• Emergency Department: Open 24/7 - there's always something happening! Great for those who need flexibility or are balancing school and other commitments.

Compensation range:

Our compensation for this position is $21.30 depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)
