Ascension Richmond Clinic in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to support clinical duties under supervision. The role includes patient intake, vital signs, and maintaining a clean, functional clinic environment.

Schedule is Days | Part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3 days per week. Training in BLS is required within 30 days of hire. Employment benefits are available as part of Ascension Health.

Responsabilités

• Support patient healing by accurately executing physician-ordered treatments and essential clinical duties under supervision.
• Document patient care journey with intake interviews, vital sign measurements, and accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare treatment and examination rooms, maintain sterile, organized, and clean environment.
• Manage administrative functions, including ordering and stocking supplies and responding to patient inquiries.
• Must live in Fox Valley Area; may work remotely or on-site at times.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Support patient healing by accurately executing physician-ordered treatments and essential clinical duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Document every patient care journey by conducting thorough intake interviews, accurately measuring vital signs, and meticulously recording information to ensure high-quality, continuous patient records.
• Ensure operational readiness by proactively preparing treatment and examination rooms, maintaining a sterile, organized, and clean environment for a seamless patient experience.
• Lead efficient clinic workflow by managing administrative functions, including ordering and stocking vital supplies, and handling essential clerical tasks such as responding to patient inquiries.
• Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse experience desired . Must live in the Fox Valley Area. May work remotely or on-site at times.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
