Arizona Kidney Disease & Hypertension Center (AKDHC) seeks a Medical Assistant, Back Office at the Kingman office. A $1,000 sign-on bonus program applies to full-time positions, paid in three installments during the first year.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or CMA/RMA or graduate of an accredited MA program.
• 1–2 years of clinical MA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and standard clinical/offic e equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• A patient-first mindset and commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care including rooming, vitals, injections, urine testing, and education.
• Coordinate clinical procedures, diagnostic testing, specimen collection, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and communicate updates to providers.
• Manage patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination across locations.
• Support clinic operations including records, inventory, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork.
