Qualifikationen

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Fluent capabilities in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and English for some roles.
• 1–2 years of clinical medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and common clinical and office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; patient-first mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on patient care including rooming patients, taking vital signs, injections, urine tests, and assisting with anemia and iron management.
• Coordinate procedures and diagnostic testing including specimen collection and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and communicate with providers.
• Manage scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination to support treatment plans.
• Support clinic operations including medical records, inventory, HIPAA compliance, and cross-location collaboration.

Compensation

$18–$24.50 per hour, based on position and experience

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll help deliver exceptional patient experiences and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the practice.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Providing hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, assisting with anemia and iron management, and supporting patient education
• Coordinating clinical procedures and diagnostic testing, including specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, scheduling, and follow-up care
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the EMR and communicating important patient updates to providers
• Managing patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination to help patients stay on track with treatment plans
• Supporting clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with team members across multiple locations

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:
