Job summary

Main Line Center for Laser Surgery, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, in Ardmore, PA, seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in a fast-paced aesthetic medicine setting.

You'll prepare exam rooms, document patient information, assist providers during procedures, and maintain a clean, compliant environment while delivering warm, compassionate patient care. Certification is not required but a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior Medical Assistant, clinical assistant, patient care, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, laser clinic, or aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for appointments, treatments, and consultations.
• Take and document patient information, medical history, vitals, and treatment notes as needed.
• Support providers during aesthetic, laser, dermatology, and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment before and after patient visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and patient-safety standards.
• Assist with patient education, aftercare instructions, and follow-up support.
• Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide a warm, professional, and service-focused experience for every patient.
