Job summary

Main Line Center for Laser Surgery in Ardmore, PA, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant. Certification is welcome but not required; strong patient-care experience and a great attitude are valued. You will support cosmetic dermatology procedures and laser treatments in a fast-paced clinic.

Compensation is $20–$21 per hour with a January 2027 start target. This role offers training, resources, and a growth-friendly environment within a national aesthetics

Medical Assistant – Full-Time – Aesthetic Medicine / Laser & Cosmetic Dermatology
Main Line Center for Laser Surgery | Ardmore, PA
Full-time | $20 – $21 /hour

Target start timeframe- January 2027

Main Line Center for Laser Surgery is a laser and cosmetic dermatology practice focused on advanced aesthetic treatments, laser services, skincare, and patient-centered cosmetic care. As part of the Advanced MedAesthetic Partners network, Main Line offers the personalized feel of a local practice with the training, support, and operational resources of a national aesthetics platform.

We’re hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and help deliver an excellent patient experience in a fast-paced aesthetic medicine environment. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and excited to work with patients in cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, skincare, plastic surgery, or med spa services.

Certification is not required for this role. Medical Assistant certification is a plus, but we are open to candidates with strong patient-care experience, a great attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.

What you’ll do

• Room patients and prepare them for appointments, treatments, and consultations.
• Take and document patient information, medical history, vitals, and treatment notes as needed.
• Support providers during aesthetic, laser, dermatology, and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment before and after patient visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and patient-safety standards.
• Assist with patient education, aftercare instructions, and follow-up support.
• Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide a warm, professional, and service-focused experience for every patient.

What we’re looking for

• Prior Medical Assistant, clinical assistant, patient care, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, laser clinic, or aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional bedside manner.
• Comfort working directly with patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols.
• Ability to multitask in a busy practice while staying organized and calm.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic procedures, laser treatments, dermatology, or patient wellness.
