Job summary

Main Line Center for Laser Surgery in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time position in aesthetic medicine, laser & cosmetic dermatology. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour with a January 2027 start.

The role supports a fast-paced clinical team, handling patient check-in, vitals, and assist with cosmetic procedures while maintaining a compliant, patient-focused environment. Certification is not required, but MA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience in dermatology, laser clinic, or aesthetic medicine.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for appointments, treatments, and consultations.
• Take and document patient information, medical history, vitals, and treatment notes as needed.
• Support providers during aesthetic, laser, dermatology, and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment before and after patient visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and patient-safety standards.
• Assist with patient education, aftercare instructions, and follow-up support.
• Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide a warm, professional, and service-focused experience for every patient.
