Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery or dermatology setting.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the medical practitioner in aesthetic procedures (laser, chemical peels, injectables).
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments and ensure equipment readiness.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment patient care and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and detailed treatment notes.
• Educate patients on procedures, outcomes and side effects.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout visits.
• Manage inventory and order medical supplies as needed.
• Handle patient inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Assist in marketing and patient consultations.
