Pay range and compensation package

Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with potential to transition into a permanent position. Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00/hour.

Equal Opportunity Statement

Join a rapidly growing healthcare organization with opportunities for career development. Work in a value‑based care model that prioritizes relationships and quality outcomes. Make a meaningful impact while supporting the senior/Medicare Advantage population. Approximately 45 minutes allotted per patient, allowing providers and MAs to focus on comprehensive care. Great team culture with opportunities to learn and grow as the organization expands. Collaborative environment where team members support one another. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Opportunity to gain experience with quality measures, care‑gap closure, diabetic eye screenings, and value‑based care.
