The Role

You will be the engine of the patient flow, assisting providers with specialized procedures and ensuring a high‑touch, professional experience for the patients.

• Clinical Support: Assist with procedures (Spirometry, 6‑minute walks, PFT uploads, injections) and manage setup/breakdown.
• Patient Flow: Room patients, obtain vitals, and update EMR (NextGen/Epic) to ensure the provider stays on schedule.
• Communication: Act as the liaison between providers, patients, pharmacies, and hospitals.
• Professionalism: Maintain a clean, stocked clinical environment and provide basic patient education.
