• Assist physicians and nurses; prepare patients for examinations; relay instructions to patients and families.
• Clerical duties: processing medical records, sending/receiving forms, obtaining labs/x-ray reports; organize charts.
• Environmental duties: clean exam rooms, restock supplies, ensure sterile technique and safety.
• Participate in clinic huddles and quality improvement initiatives; support patient safety and data collection.
