Primary Responsibilities

• Patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, front‑office duties, and clinical support.
• Administrative Duties
  • Use multi‑line phone system to answer and route calls.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls to discuss patient progress.
  • Refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain friendly environment and greet patients.
  • Monitor daily inventory of clinical and office supplies.
  • Scan and upload documents in patient files.
  • Train additional staff on procedures when requested.
  • Participate in clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability.
• Clinical Duties (varied by credentials)
  • Obtain patient vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, and administer IM injections.
  • Prepare laboratory order forms and retrieve results.
  • Assist physicians or mid‑level practitioners with referrals.
  • Document patient progress notes in EMR.
  • Perform additional clinical duties as required.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification.
• Front‑office experience, including insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Experience and training in exercise, a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
