ProHealth Partners, an established multi-specialty physician group, has been providing care to patients for over 30 years. Our network includes more than 250 physicians across 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, direct hire
• Pay: $21-23 per hour
• Hours: Monday-Saturday, 8-hour shifts; office closed on Thursdays

Responsibilities

Front Office:

• Welcome patients, process intake forms, and schedule appointments
• Complete patient registration, including insurance verification, collecting identification documents, communicating fees, and payments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Back Office:

• Room patients and take vitals
• Review medical history
• Assist providers with patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certificate
• Bilingual in Vietnamese required
