Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a highly motivated medical assistant to join a growing plastic surgery practice. The role emphasizes delivering high-level, individualized patient care and coordinating pre- and post-operative activities.

The successful candidate will handle extensive patient communications, assist with consultations and procedures, manage medical records via EMR, and help maintain inventory and supplies. Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant in New Jersey with 1-2 years clinical experience.
• Plastic surgery/aesthetics or dermatology experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and introduce patients; prepare them for their visit.
• Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients; review pre/post-operative care.
• Assist with consultations, in-office procedures, laser procedures; prepare medications.
