Job summary

Innovative Medical Group is seeking a Back Office Primary Care Medical Assistant to join our in-person clinic in Temecula. The role combines administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient prep, assisting clinicians, phlebotomy, specimen handling, basic lab work, and patient education in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a primary care, Urgent Care or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred)
