Job summary

Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week). The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (certification preferred), EMR experience a plus, and current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.

Primary duties include supporting providers, preparing for visits, phlebotomy, immunizations, and scheduling.

MA (Medical Assistant)

Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:

• High School diploma or GED, certification preferred for MA.
• Multi-Physician Family Practice experience preferred.
• Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus.
• Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.

Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
