Job summary

ExperCARE Health in Savannah, GA is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic. You will perform triage, take vital signs, collect history, and support providers with procedures while delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates are certified or licensed (or eligible for certification), have exceptional customer service and communication skills, and can work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication are essential.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends.
• Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Prior clinical experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history
• Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care
• Manage patient call-backs and provide education
• Set up and assist with sterile procedures
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies
• Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.)
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment
