Job summary

ExperCARE Health is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced clinic. You will perform triage, vital signs, EKGs, rapid labs, venipuncture, injections, and assist providers with procedures and patient education.

Qualifications

• Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure)
• Experience in clinical settings preferred
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history
• Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care
• Manage patient call-backs and provide education
• Set up and assist with sterile procedures
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies
• Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.)
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment
